PERSEO Biotechnology, led by Caterina Coll, had the opportunity to participate in the Demo Day of the Startbec program by AINIA and the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Food. It was a fantastic opportunity to witness up close the talent and enthusiasm driving the startups that participated in the program.

In a roundtable discussion moderated by Maite Ambrós, Deputy Director of Innovation and Digitalization at the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Food, and including Andres Pascual Vidal, Director of Innovation at AINIA and the StartBEC Program; Beatriz Romanos Hernando, a FoodTech specialist, innovation coach, and mentor; Manuel Lainez Andrés, Director of the Fundación GRUPO CAJAMAR; and Caterina Coll, CEO of PERSEO Biotechnology S.L., the participants debated three main topics: Bioeconomy, Entrepreneurship, and Startups.
