CAJAMAR WEFOOD is a forum on food trends aimed at addressing the challenges facing the sector by showcasing technological solutions and the value of public-private collaboration to tackle them.
During this forum, Caterina Coll Lozano spoke about Bioeconomy, By-products, and Organic Residual Fractions, alongside Elia Tomás Pejó from IMDEA Energía, showcasing how PERSEO Biotechnology S.L., through the development and implementation of industrial processes, could valorize waste and by-products into sustainable bioethanol, bioproducts, and bioenergy.
